AT THE "K" show
PIPE GRANULATION
Neue Herbold are proud to present for the first time at
“K” there new series of granulators,
type SM1000/.... This series of granulators have a
rotor diameter of 1000mm and will be
built in various widths and cutting geometries to match
the customer’s requirements.
The machine displayed will be the SM1000/1200 with
a specially designed rotor for
“Single-Step” size reduction of thick wall pipe up to a
diameter of 630mm.
We will also show our SM800/1200 granulator designed with
a tilt feed hopper,
specifically for use on either pipe or profile.
Especially designed for large diameter pipes, start up
lumps and similar materials
we will show our new horizontal fed 4-shaft shredder
type HZR 1300/4

SIZE REDUCTION OF FILMS
For the size reduction of films, especially for "In-Line“
reduction of bi-axially oriented films,
Neue Herbold will show their SM450/1000 granulator with
nip-roll device.

PULVERIZING
For pulverizing, Neue Herbold will present their well
established ZM series of machines,
on display will be the ZM800 model.

RECYCLING
Neue Herbold are able to supply complete system solutions
for washing / recycling
of post consumer films, bottles or containers, we can
supply full lines and can also
retrofit system components into existing lines.
